About

Built for businesses that don't have time for hype.

Smartdesk AI is a Greystones-based AI agent consultancy working with SMEs across Wicklow and Dublin. I started the business because I kept hearing the same thing from small business owners — too much time spent on repetitive tasks, answering the same questions, and never quite getting on top of the admin.

I come from a background in IT and education, which gives me a practical approach to AI — focused on what actually works inside a real business, not just what looks good on paper.

Every agent I build is designed around your specific situation — your tools, your customers, your workflow. I take care of everything from design and build through to testing and ongoing support. You don't need any technical knowledge to get started or to benefit.

How I Work
01
Honest about what AI can do
I won't oversell. If an AI agent isn't the right solution for your situation, I'll tell you. Most of my clients appreciate that.
02
Built around your workflow
Every agent is designed around how you already work — your tools, your team, your customers — not the other way around.
03
You stay in control
I explain what I'm building and why at every stage. When it's live, you understand how it works and can tell me what to change.
